If you purchased this package less than two (2) weeks prior to the show, you would receive an informational email 24 hours prior to the show with the details about the VIP Experience Package. Please be sure to check your email at least 24 hours prior to the show to ensure you have the most up to date information. VIP Experience Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To redeem all elements of your VIP order (other than tickets) you must present your receipt, valid picture ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order, and credit card at the VIP check-in. CMN Events reserves the right to enforce this at its discretion.  ** By participating in the VIP Experience, you consent to your image being captured and potentially uploaded to a public website.  ** You acknowledge and agree that you may appear in promotional content related to the show.  ** VIP merchandise must be collected at the venue on the day of the event. Any unclaimed merchandise will be considered forfeited without compensation or recourse.    ** By participating in the VIP Experience, you hereby waive, release, and discharge CMN Events and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in the VIP Experience.
