Musical theatre group formed by Les Mis vocal stars In 2015, Scott Garnham and Simon Schofield, two friends and former cast members of Les Misérables, wanted to create a unique and electrifying evening of entertainment. They decided to form a group in which all the members had performed in the beloved musical based on the classic Victor Hugo novel – no matter whether it had been in the West End or as part of the international tour or film. That's when The Barricade Boys were born.
