- You MUST purchase a 5 or 10 film pass first to receive the unique barcode which you will then use to redeem your passes at one of the locations mentioned below.
TAKE 5 FILM PASS
Take 5 passes are not tickets and do not guarantee admission. Passes must be redeemed online, via the phone or at the Aotea Box Office (Auckland) or St James Theatre Box Office (Wellington) (subject to availability). After purchasing a pass, you will need to download your print-at-home ticket and use the unique barcode number to redeem your pass, either fully or partially. If booking at the Aotea Box Office or St James Theatre Box Office (you will be issued your code once your booking is verified. Once all tickets have been redeemed, the password will expire. Passes can only be redeemed online, phone and at Aotea Box Office or St James Theatre Box Office.
Passes cannot be refunded, either in part or in full. Tickets booked via a pass cannot be refunded if a particular session is cancelled, but may be transferred to a different eligible session (subject to availability).
