Laura Pausini, the Italian icon who has conquered millions of fans all over the world with her music, is back with a record live event, #LAURA30: three special shows in 24 hours, open to the public, on free admission, upon registration and subject to availability (reserved seats excluded), in New York, Madrid and Milan. After having won the most prestigious awards including a Grammy Award, four Latin Grammys, an Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe victory, as to celebrate her unprecedented thirty-year career together with the 30th birthday of “La Solutudine”, on February 27th, Laura has decided to thank her countless audience, by performing in a live marathon of three unmissable, exclusive, special shows on free admission, to which the public can take part, choosing one of the three locations in Europe and America. The marathon starts from the Apollo Theatre in New York (26 February, 6pm EST), when it will already be midnight of 27 February in Europe. It will continue at The Music Station in Madrid at 15:00 (CET), to then end in Milan at Teatro Carcano at 23:00 (CET).

2) All you have to do is check-in online:

After registering, you must confirm your participation by checking-in online as to receive the invitation, without which you will not be able to access the show.
You can check-in online starting from 22/02/2023 – 15:00h. (CET) – 9:00h. am (EST), using the link and code you will receive directly from Ticketmaster, starting from 22/02/2023, at the email address entered during your registration. You will be redirected to the Ticketmaster platform of the Country where the show you have selected takes place and, in order to complete the check-in, you will need to have a Ticketmaster account for that country.

Deadline for check-in: From 22/02/2023 - 15:00h. (CET) – 9:00h.am (EST) to 23/02/2023 - 15:00h. (CET) – 9:00h.am (EST).

3) Almost there:

Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive an invitation to the event you have selected by email, which you can either save in Pdf on your smartphone or print out.

If any seats remain available, a "last call" with the last available seats will be announced on 24/02/2023 - 15:00h. (CET) – 9:00h.am (EST). PLEASE NOTE: people with reduced mobility or disabilities can request assistance to access the show by sending an email, within 23/02/2023 - 15:00h. HOW DO I ACCESS THE EVENT?

1) Bring the event invitation with you

Warning: The registration alone does not allow access to the event, check-in is mandatory. Consequently, if you have not checked-in in the mode and by the terms indicated on this page, you will not be sent the invitation and you will not be able to access the event. In this case, you will not be entitled to any refund/compensation.

2) We recommend you arrive 1 hour before

the scheduled starting time of the event, in order to allow a safe entry. All invitations are to be considered as general admission (all invitations are seated and will be assigned within the venue at the discretion of the organizer, based on a "first come first served" principle, i.e. in order of arrival, unless – during the check-in step – the organizers decide to release numbered invitations, for organizational purposes).

How can I attend the event?

Hurry up to register on this page, subject to availability, and complete the online check-in. This is the only way for you to be able to attend one of the three unmissable events. All travel, accommodation, food, etc. expenses necessary to reach, and return from, the event location are fully borne by the spectator. You will be able to register starting from 14/02/2023 – 15:00h. (CET) - 9:00h.am (EST) and subject to availability (reserved seats excluded), in any case, no later than 21/02/2023 - 15:00h. How can I get the invitation?

Can I sell my invitation?

Any transfer of invitations is strictly prohibited. We strongly suggest not to purchase invitations to attend the event.

I am unable to attend the Event. Can I transfer my invitation to another person?

No, invitations cannot be trasferred in any way. Keep in mind though that you will have to confirm the name(s) of the person(s) attending the show only during the check-in step, thus a few days before the show. In that phase, you may also confirm names different from the person who registered. Instead, you will only be able to change your name for the New York show via the Ticket Transfer procedure from your account.

When can I check-in?

How can I check-in online?

To check-in online, use the link and the code, which you will receive by email starting from 22/02/2023, directly from Ticketmaster.

How will seats be assigned?

You will be then redirected to the Ticketmaster platform of the country where the event you have selected takes place and, in order to complete the check-in, you will need to have a Ticketmaster account for that Country.

When will I receive my invitation?

The invitation(s) will be sent to you by email as soon as you have completed the check-in, logged in or registered on the Ticketmaster platform of the country where the event you have selected takes place.

I signed up, but I didn't have time to check in

We are sorry, but if you do not check-in online, by the mode and within the terms indicated on this page, you will not be able to access the event and you will not be entitled to any other form of refund/compensation, unless a "last call” has been announced (see next FAQ).

I was not able to register because there were no seats available (nor to complete the check-in). Do I have any other possibility to get invitations?

If there are still seats available for one of the events on 24 February 2023 – 15:00h.(CET) – 9:00h.am (EST) (either because the event has not run out of availability or because the check-in procedure has not been completed within the deadline), a "last call" will be announced for the last available seats. In this specific case, the last invitations will be assigned, subject to availability, and you will automatically be redirected to the Ticketmaster platform of the Country where the event you have selected takes place.

How can I know if there still are seats available?

From 24 February 2023 – 15:00h. (CET) – 9:00h.am (EST), come back to this page and keep the Artist's social networks monitored to find out if there are any available seats left.

What happens if the show is cancelled?
